Miranda contact list problem

Before I begin, sorry about the image quality : (
Had a big crash, and don't get my recovered HD's contents back 'till later this week (with PS CS3 on)

So.....

Got miranda, skinned it.

Just having trouble with the contact list.
As you can quite clearly see, there is like an invisible block, limiting the contact's name.

Any ideas how to solve the problem?
