i used black cause the blue swish light u see is actually part of a photo i took, which bg is black 
i can't and don't know how to cut out only the light.. it's been a long time since i did that in Photoshop -.-

ahh i love exposure  its so handy... have you ever taken a high exposure shot of church stain glass? one of the most beautiful things in the world

didn't tried yet, my camera is one of those pocket digital ones... not much i can do with it it's a sony dsc w-30 :s

My camera doesn't support long exposure :/
I wish it did, I saw some awesome photos of what you can do with just a flashlight and a long exposure shot
