How I can remove the menu bar I've marked red? It's just a normal window.

vista's menubar is hidden as default, you can activate it by pressing alt. for xp, use this registry patch

If I remember correctly Styler hides it in XP.

Yep. Open Styler, go to Toolbar and tick the "Hide Menubar(Explorer)" option.
