CandyBar was working great, and I loved it, only problem is that my trial period ran out, so now what? Any alternatives or something?

get app zapper and zap jus the plist file but make sure 2 save all ur icons 1st just in case it deletes them, and ur trial will reset

be sure to block the outgoing connections of that app in your Firewall too. so it doesn't check the internet for updates and stuff.

is there a way to delay a trial timer? the appzapper thing i do is getting old. if this is an illegal type thing tho then do not even answer
