An attendee at WinHEC China, had managed to leak out a copy of the latest publically known Windows 7 build, 6956. The user leaked this by creating a VHD of the computer he was using with Windows' backup function.
Download your copy here!
EDIT; Turns our the apparent 'fix' to get it bootable doesn't work for everybody. Click Here for a guide on making it work.

Hmm, I've been wondering. Is there any way to "upgrade" a previous build?

I think theres an ISO surfing around the pirate bay, and ISO copies on M1 private server.
The ISO's, I'd imagine would have been repackeged from a working build, so I'm in doubt whether an upgrade function would be present.
You could try it though I suppose, though all I did was split my 6801 partition into 2 peices, and installed 6956 onto a 12gb partition.
