Give it some time, I'm sure someone will post soon enough. There are a few risks with doing it, but if you follow a tutorial well, you should be able to do it easily

To be frankly honest, I really don't think it's that hard. Just don't (and I really mean, DON'T) do it if you've upgraded to the 2.2 Firmware.

The Process is easy with quickpwn but there is always a risk (small but there) .

There is always the backups.. Btw what's the directory in which quickpwn stores the backups? Not that i have to restore my iphone, everything is working very well. Well what can causw trouble is network unlocking the iphone, my 3G had 2.1 firmware no jailbreak, what i did was update to 2.2 through itunes, run quickpwn and follow the instructions.
