I'm New OS : Vista Ultimate 32 bit

another Mac style theme by me. this is my first Photoshop aided theme smile

New start menu
New caption buttons
New forward backward buttons (ThinkDifferent v2).

Pretty good design with the brushed metal, could use a bit of touch ups but overall nice smile

what kind of touch ups exactly, could you pls tell me? in fact i spent very much time for that theme but i am surprized that people download windows seven or other standard aero styles more than this one

I'm gonna give you my honest opinion on this one, perhaps you'll make a v2 sometime smile

The graphics look a bit "messy". For example, the start menu imo would look nice if it was not made to look embossed/3Dish and the search part does not blend in smoothly into the lock/sleep button graphic next to it.

The windows - the top part is 1 - 2 px thicker and darker while the rest is uniform.
I would also change the back/forward buttons, while they are nice, they do not seem to fit with this theme, they would look better in some smooth themes. The brushed metal could also be a bit more brushed.

You've got a good theme going here, you just need to smoothen out the rough parts/edges to make it look very professional smile

Thank u very much for the critics, all i wanted was constructive critics like this;) I actually agree with you about the start menu, but I didn't have time to do that. As I told this is my first Photoshop aided theme, I am not a graphic designer, I just have ideas.

I don't know why windows look this way, cause I wanted to make it look 3D with a brushed metal style on PS, but it doesnt seem totally compact.

About the bw/fw buttons, do you mean texture to be smoother? Cause you know they are original as the idea but I have limitations with Vista too. Brushed metal I agree but I had that style only available when I made it.

Hmm, I think the bevels need to be sharper and smaller. But nice frakin' work toaster(I'm a BSG fan too XD) wink
