They are in the SArtfile.bin
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/CoreUI.framework/Resources/

o kool, but how do i open the file? stuffit and unarchiver wont do the trick

You can never open the SArtfile.bin with any sort of file expander. It does not act like a .zip or a .rar archive. You open it with Art Tools.
