Installing Kenzo Itunes Skin??

Subscriber OS : LEOPARD

I tried installing this skin and I've had a real tough time for some reason. Can anyone explain it to me in some other way than what's posted on the download site? I'm not at all new to Macs, so I don't know what the problem is...lol thanks
