What video file types does iTunes support?
I was trying to add some movies I have (AVIs) and iTunes doesnt add them so I figured that AVIs arent supported or am I doing something wrong?

.mp4 and .mov are the only ones, itunes is shoot for video, for watching video get VLC or just the plain old DivX player.

Thanks everybody, I was curious about that.
@ alxmarcond, for my videos I use good old WMP and VLC, I just wanted to organize my flickz on iTunes.

I didnt want to open a new thread...
Anyone know a good M4A to MP3 converter?
I guess I could burn to a CD with itunes then rip but I just want to convert one song :p

I just rename em ...
Normally I grab some Mp4s from youtube, using that java code to grab the original mpeg version, then just rename when downloaded. Also I think m4v are true video files for itunes, since all downloaded videos from itunes are in m4v. But you can change all that in itunes anyway, so I don't think it matters..

The song is apparently from iTunes, I checked the info in it.

i use myfairtunes but i doesn't work with iTunes 8 yet so you'll have to downgrade or something
