i used msstyles for a very long time since leopard and the many leopard wb themes came out i'm using windowblinds 
|

After windowblinds expired i downloaded stylexp with a crack
imo its better
|

If you want a leopard theme, go and buy a mac. I had windowblinds and all the themes are never complete. They work for a few windows but are not very practical.

i don't do much modding to windows but i have used windowblinds in the past and it's worked great for me. i used stylexp /msstyles when i was like 12

Windowblinds cuz it eazier to mod or do some touch up on the skin your using
