Any suggestions on the style of my website?

I'm New From : NYC OS : Windows XP

Yeah, so I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions to add concerning the style of my website. It was supposed to be a forum, but I just scrapped it and made a webpage dedicated to a GTA IV based clan that I have created. I won't get into details on that, so I will just post the URL of my website and I hope you guys judge well. By the way, I just changed the background color for it, to give it a gritty feel to it. So yeah, here it is.

Great work on modifying the templates and nice color scheme. The forum does not seem to fit in though because its bright white compared with the rest of the site. Although, i do like what you did to it.

Not bad, needs better buttons but the forum banner is waay too big.

I don't have a banner on my site. If you think that image on the front page is a banner, you are wrong. It's actually a splash image, but it's not even big.

splash images are bad for page rank, the crawler cant get any info from them so then ur home page is never cached and u dont get any hits from google bot or yahoo splash

...But, there is words below the splash image giving you details about the site. And why does splash image bad for Google Bot or Yahoo Splash when there is META tags for that?
