Metro PCS Moto ROKR music album cover help

ok so i have a Metro PCS Moto ROKR, and wen i add music to it the album covers dont always show...some songs do and others dont...how do i fix this?

most do ya, and only lik 40% of the ones that do actually show it, and if i send the song from fone bak 2 my comp it shows that it's STILL there

hmm, maybe it might have something to do with the size of the album artwork? Like either the size of the file or the dimensions... not sure what else
