Looks like Neutraface Titling Bold by House Industries Link.
As for changing the Font, you can either download the Fontswap package from Cydia. Or use SSH. Navigate to System>Library>Fonts and place them in there, just make sure to back up your originals, the system fonts are called Helvetica.ttf and HelveticaBold.ttf.

Same process as changing the system font except it's called Lockclock.ttf
Also don't drag any old fonts in their, they need to be ported for the iPhone, check macthemes.
