Copy the layer Ctrl+J

Flip it over Ctrl+T then right click and select flip vertically.

Move into position

Then change the opacity to around 30-35% (for the reflection)

Should do the trick.

Hmm... what do you need Vista for hisoka ?
You can use ICOs as well as PNGs in your dock.
