Change system tray icons?

Anyone know how to change your system tray icons? The vista ones are ugly -.-

I don't know about Vista but in Xp you can change them through ObjectBar
or a little app called PS Tray Factory.

go into the explorer.exe and change them? ull need something like reshack.

I heard bout Reshack but I wont use it, and thanks Jaz I didnt know about PS Tray Factory
and thanks to you my research will be done ^^

I'm New OS : Windows XP, Windows Vista, Linux Mandriva

If you wanna hack em, I think they're located in netshell.dll in system32 or something :d
