Thanks for sharing the news thumbs up
Personally, I am NOT liking this new interface. They should have sticked to the universal Windows Live look... look at the Windows 7 screenshot, Office doesnt seem to fit in at all sad

My point exactly, 2007 had a fresh updated look (although I know some people couldn't stand the ribbon look but I liked it tongue) and this looks like its gone back a few years, very blant colors

What is WRONG with Microsoft?! First Songsmith, now this. I'm generally not a fan of Windows style, the transparency and glass and fake smut annoy me. But come on, this is just awful.

Anyway, horrible or not, they could at least try and make things consistent. Pretty much every Microsoft application is different - it's makes it so hard to use! Everytime they come out with a new program, you have to learn how to use it all over again.

While I'm on the subject - I'm not liking the whole Windows Live Web shoot. I mean, what happened to all the icons? It's all empty and scattered around and damn hard to use.

Mmkay, rant over tongue

One of the reasons i stopped using hotmail was because they couldn't keep the same look for more than 6 months. Mostly the spam though tongue

Seriously, XP is outdated, what other piece of technology do we regularly use from 2002? lol
But microsoft could have done better with Windows 7.. while they did improve performance significantly, they're just pushing out Windows 7 as quick as possible to get rid of Vista
