It's not bad, but that typeface is not very attractive though. Also those 3 lines give me the impression of a basketball. So it looks more sports orientated to me. Keep working at it though.

I'm not too fond of the drop shadow or guassian blur that's making it blur a slightly, but the actual logo is very nice, I agree with pjdark on the typeface and three lines though. Maybe try adding in a iconic rocket in there? Good work so far though
