is not cleffe, is cleffa  seems like you used this image: http://www.serebii.net/potw/Cleffa.jpg
the icon looks good, but these things in their head are brown, not black and need some light
she is smiling in the image, but you maked look like she is showing her tongue 
the eyes don't look good too and put some shadow in the body like in the image 
PS. my english is not good, sorry if I said something wrong

yes, im still working on the ears. But, I dont exactly want to make it like the image, so im going to make some changes to it. Im still workin on it, so you will see better updates soon.

It's missing a few things here and there (the ears are a single color). I also feel like the eyes don't need that much shadow, they're not behind glass  . You should also fix the shadow of the tongue, it looks like a piece of paper . The shadow from it cannot be directly behind, it would need to flow across the face - you know what i mean? there shouldnt been a shadow starting in FRONT of the tongue
Overall it's a good start

And don't forget to add some shadows or shines to IT's foot  (that, pulled up, you know), because now it's like of paper as I see 
Anyway, lookin' forward to see a release (final, ofc! ), still have empty places in my character dock
