Subject: March 2008 Site Update February 23rd 2008, 5:33 pm

Some time in the end of february (its leap year, 29 days surprised

) or early march I'll be making a new background (possibly just a recolor). Preview coming soon, feedback needed.

well it doesn't necessarily have to be related to space at all as long as the headers got a planet and stars in it lol

i agree, but the blue doesnt have enough texture to be a background for the form imo... its sorta a solid blue colour on the right side.

cancelled plans for that. im keeping what we have right now unless someone suggests something that is significantly amazing lol. also, a new banner is coming when and if (hopefully) the .com arrives

1 thing i think is maybe decrease the width a lil b/c its wider than my screen (or is that just b/c im on a laptop?)

wow, whats your resolution? tongue

its supposed to be 70% width of screen. on my laptop i got 1280x800, shows fine

Right now I am thinking of a DRASTIC site redesign... and by that i mean drastic. new background, light colors, etc

Any ideas from the VIP people on what the skin should look like? happy

i also have 1280x800, but then w/ my ichat i dont use full screen safari, so its prolly that. and as for the site design, other than space theme,obviously, dont make the colors 2 bright or light since space is supposed 2 be dark, and forums that are 2 light feel blah, lik aqua-soft is a lil boring b/c its so light, but there headig is what makes up for that

ohhh yesssss. awesome. how about adding some AWESOME effects... maybe try to do some rollover? hmmm im thinking off white (i like that colour) maybe... green trim? maybe like a REALLY big awesome type black texture for the BG... not the current one... maybe something... ill look at something or something... lol

ok, yeah, just make the elements and stuff and then people just insert images and release as a .zip with all the resources ect...

your names are bold :O not just regular. I will recolor once we get more posters. I dont just wanted colored people posting (that could sound racist lol). Right now you guys have 5 stars also. MAYBE ill recolor the stars wink

lol, never thought of it as racist, but ya even jus a star recolor would b nice to make VIPs feel a lil more set above the normals wink
