Check out Opera 10, just released.
It's still in alpha, but already shows many improvement.
Amongst the improvements are CSS3 compatibility as well as a 100/100 score on the Acid 3 test and 30% faster loading times!

Hmm, scrolling has some issues with it being a bit jumpy, but this is by far the fastest browser i have ever tried. Much faster than even Firefox 3.1 beta

I'm running Google Chrome on my Vista box, and i gotta say it's pretty crazy fast. Really impressed by the speed.
