lol. Well i have been searching and talking and from searching nothing from another itouch user he said no and another siad no but one said maybe. I dont know any more

I read somewhere (unconfirmed) that they found a way to jailbreak it but don't want to release it so apple doesn't block it since the 2.2 beta firmware is going around

No hack yet as they need to find another exploit, the only way to do it atm is to mod the hardware.

yeah, like BOW said, atm its not possible to Jailbrek the new iPod Touch. That stupid little volume switch on the side is the problem atm...
