We are now going to have advertisements on Galaxy GUI. I am going to try to make these as un-intrusive as possible but would also like to encourage you to click those ads a few times to help support the site .
Hope this isn't a problem for you guys.

Google Adsense is a lot better imo But hey, if I had ever bought my hosting and we had moved the site to it I would have had you put ads on as well lol. They don't bother me and I tend to click at least a few times a day

I'm glad they're not the big flashy 'swat the fly' like banner ads...these are good

what the hell sbux?! Ads? Ggui has never had ads...this sucks. Advice to you my friend. Place these at the bottom of the page and also don't sit there clicking on them to get money because then google will drop our page rank for abusive behaviour.

alxmarcond, if you don't wanna see the ads, get adblockplus for firefox like chekkz has
Also, seriously. These are barely intrusive, as you can see it's neither inline text ads or some flashy banners. Simple text ads that fit with the sites color scheme
For number one, I'm not placing these all at the bottom, it would just make it pointless and no one would notice them. And of course I know not to click them myself, if I did they'd remove my account

I'm gonna remove the white ads from the portal now, that way everything will blend in well. And remember, every click is money

I'd like to announce the current ads are GONE!
But, I will be looking for alternative methods to put some on. Possible in the terms of inline ads or banners for guests
