Hey guys,
I'm getting an ipod touch soon and i would like some of the advanced benefits such as themes and jailbroken apps...
I've googl'd alot and there are ALOT of methods for jailbreaking ect. and i would like some advice or comments on your experiences and the best methods.

seeing as your on Windows Vista you'll need to use WinPWN... i used this tutorial the first time, its pretty simple and easy to get so u can do it for all of your friends.

remember to put it into DFU mode heres a list of Cydia (installer.app for 2.0) Apps

It says in the tutorial you linked that it doesn't work so well or is a bit risky in vista so could i use another xp machine to pwn it and still sync with my vista itunes?

it worked flawlessly on my vista plus because u have the original firmware and a backup that it does when u restore, the worst thing that could happen is that u might have to restore to the normal firmware and try again. but again, worked fine on my Home Premium on the laptop.
